What kind of leather do you use?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced Italian and Brazilian leathers. Because leather is a natural product, each piece has its own unique grain and texture that develops a beautiful patina over time.
How should I care for my Status Anxiety product?
We recommend using a natural leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, and wipe away any spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Status Anxiety products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware and stitching but does not cover general wear and tear or misuse.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
